Open Plan Potential

The Rabie Property Group and Century City relocated from their existing premises to the ground floor and mezzanine of the Colosseum at Century City, where they have integrated with Property World, to create a permanent property exhibition showcasing residential and commercial properties. The first floor accommodates the internal services, while the ground floor houses the public facing arenas. These include the meeting and entertainment components, such as the boardrooms and bar; the marketing components, with display recesses for graphics and marketing materials, model displays, and a plasma screen showing current developments; as well as an interactive internet kiosk. The idea was to harness the range of opportunities afforded by open plan.
