Morningstar Research (Pty) Ltd offers an extensive range of software and products that assist institutional and individual investors to reach their financial goals. Morningstar decided to relocate the office from Durban to Cape Town in order to be closer to their clients in the asset management industry. The concept for their new offices in 85 St George’s Mall is in line with Morningstar international design standards. Collaboration worked in conjunction with London-based Artillery Architecture & Design to create and implement the design concept, which brings structure and flexibility to an open plan working environment.
