Collaboration was commissioned to design and build a new client service centre for Istithmar (IW Real Estate) who are one of the shareholders of the V&A Waterfront. The design is spread over two floors and includes a reception area, a boardroom suite, kitchenette and open plan offices. The challenge was to bring together tradition and heritage with modern minimalism.
