Collaboration was commissioned to design and build Allan Gray's new staff restaurant which would provide executive dining for staff and clients. The facility is located on the ground floor, Block A, Granger Bay Court. The design is comprises of a 60-seater dining area, servery and coffee bar; kitchen, cold store and freezer; dry store and chef offices. The space caters to the bustling specialised needs of a top kitchen, whilst creating a relaxing and sumptuous dining area for guests.
