Defining Open Spaces

Fusion is a British-based call centre with offices at Knowledge Park, Century City, Cape Town. They required Collaboration to install corporate functions into a modern open plan design, with individual workstations for call-operators. A reception area, meeting rooms, offices, training facilities and a pause area were part of the design mix. The design principle was minimum intervention to maximum effect, creating the right mix of intimacy in an open-plan environment.
