First Impressions

Collaboration was tasked to conceptualise, plan and build a new client service centre for Allan Gray in Portswood Square in the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town. The area includes a large reception area, client interview rooms, meeting room suites, auditorium, client lounge including bar facility, canteen, pause areas, kitchens, open plan offices including meeting rooms, and print and mail room. The design approach was to bring a sense of the individual and finer detail, creating a human-scaled experience in a large-scale corporate space.
